This Non-Disclosure Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between the undersigned party and the Company.
All confidential information disclosed in connection with discussions, documents, software, designs, business plans, or any other materials shall be treated as strictly confidential.
The undersigned agrees not to disclose, copy, reproduce, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than the agreed discussions, without prior written consent.
This obligation shall survive the termination of any business relationship.
