I hereby agree that any information disclosed to me by DAYO during the recruitment, interview, or selection process shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
・Business content of DAYO
・Project details, operational methods, and internal materials
・Customer and partner information
・Any other information designated as confidential by DAYO
Scope of Agreement:
・This agreement remains valid regardless of the recruitment result (whether hired or not).
・This agreement serves as a temporary consent prior to the execution of a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
・In the event that an official NDA or employment contract is executed, the terms of those documents shall prevail.
